The users of BSNL SIM are constantly getting messages on their phones about SIM being shut down. Due to which people are quite upset. Not only this, the name of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India i.e. TRAI has also been mentioned in the message. People are being told in the message that TRAI is soon going to shut down their BSNL SIM card completely within 24 hours.
